Making the ordinary, extra ordinary
My artwork is eclectic. The subject matter and style changes as I respond to my life and to the world around me. No matter the subject, in each piece I consider and use the elements of art and principles of design. A consistent theme of my work employs the use of bold color, strong contrast, rhythm, movement, repetition of shapes, patterns, and images that use symmetrical, radial, or asymmetrical balance. And, with each piece of artwork I do, I challenge myself to make the ordinary extra ordinary.
