My quilts are often saturated with color. They are sometimes ethnic-inspired, using strong contrasts, simple repetitive shapes and patterns, and images that are offset and asymmetrical.

Other times, they are symmetrical designs that take ordinary quilt patterns and turn them into extraordinary quilt designs.

For all my work, I use a variety of imported ethnic and domestic fabric, and my own hand-dyed fabrics.
